At Mangrove, we actively empower people around the world.

On top of our work that we are doing with the Mangrove Foundation on women empowerment, we recognize the difficulties of breaking into VC as well as giving every founder a chance to get in touch with investors. We want the VC community to be diverse and open to everyone. Therefore, we have developed the Mangrove Fellows program, are a proud partner of Included VC and provide feedback to founders via our #EasyVC initiative.

The Mangrove Fellows

A unique opportunity to join the Mangrove Investment Team for a 6-month internship

The Mangrove Fellows is an ongoing initiative where each year we select two university students to intern for a 6 month period each and support our investment team in our Luxembourg and Berlin office. This is a rare opportunity to learn about the venture business, gain professional experience in the space, and discover deep insights into our diverse portfolio of companies. We are working with several partners such as HEC Paris. We recognize the difficulties of entering the VC world and strongly encourage people from all kinds of backgrounds to apply.

The September 2025 batch has already been selected.

Mangrove is a proud supporter of this unique fellowship which provides 40 individuals from diverse backgrounds with skills and access into the world of venture capital

Included VC is a fellowship that aims to promote diversity in the VC industry. During the 12 month program, the 40 Fellows gain education and insider access to Europe's top venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. We are proud to support this fellowship since its launch. The fellowship encompasses masterclasses, career workshops, 2 retreats as well as investment committee simulations and mentoring sessions.
